We are committed to informing, supporting, connecting, mentoring, and encouraging you in your board journey.
Practice
Apprentices have the chance to attend meetings, see a board at work, observe dynamics, and understand what processes and procedures are in play.
Certification
We will provide a certificate confirming the year completed as a Board Apprentice, increasing the chances of landing a board position.

After evaluating your responses and CV, we will schedule an interview.
You will be included in a placement pool and shown the opportunities in your area.
After confirmation, an administration fee is due, paid by either you or your employer.
At the end of the year, you will receive a certificate. You can now look for positions.

A Host Board can represent any sector or industry.

It needs to hold a minimum of four board meetings a year.
Criteria Three
It needs to have a minimum of three directors.
Criteria Four
If a board is structured in a different way, it can still be eligible.
Criteria Five
A Host Board must focus on learning and offer support.
Criteria Six
It must enable observation and provide study materials.
