Sabrina works in Global Talent and Performance Management and is passionate about creating environments that inspire people to be extraordinary, where people feel safe to show up and be their genuine selves, knowing they are seen and valued.

Sabrina holds a Master‘s Degree in Positive Psychology & Well-being, as well as Work- & Organizational Psychology.

In addition to this, she has a curiosity-driven enthusiasm to learn more about humans and businesses which allow her to strategically position people and leadership development while taking individual and organizational perspectives into account.

Sabrina is German and currently lives in the Netherlands. She has supported the Rise and Lead Summit for the last two years and is excited to witness and assist the growth and development of Rise and Lead.
