Ebere Akadiri is an internationally recognised entrepreneur, educator and a visionary leader. She has spent over 20 years creating and launching successful businesses, teaching entrepreneurial concepts, and mentoring purpose-driven entrepreneurs and business leaders. She is the founder/CEO of Ataro Foods, Rise and Lead Women and Rise and Lead Summit.

Ms. Akadiri created the Rise and Lead Women platform to help female entrepreneurs pursuing innovative and impact businesses to grow their businesses and impact through mentorship and education. The Rise and Lead Summit brings together executives, professionals, innovators and change makers to connect, share knowledge, and exchange best-practices that will help close the gender gap.

Ms. Akadiri has a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership. She is passionate about leadership development with a strong focus on women in leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, digital transformation, and goal execution.

Ms Akadiri’s journey was the catalyst for her book, Launch Your Dream Business. From there, her career as a business mentor, trainer, speaker and frequent keynote and podcast guest took off. Her upcoming books, “From A Job Loss To CEO” and “Embrace Your Call To Lead” will show conscious companies how to identify and support women workforce with great potential and show women how to overcome obstacles, expand their vision and mindsets, step out of their comfort zones and show up with their gifts.
