Rise and Lead Women Africa

Who We Are

The Rise & Lead Women, African arm is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria and was birthed in 2019 and has ever since, worked under the big umbrella of the Global Rise and Lead Women. We support the mission of the Global Organisation which is “to increase the representation of women at the top leadership positions in workplaces and the marketplace” tailored for African women.

We achieve this through our leadership development programs and events that help women enhance their leadership competencies and get visible with their unique value and leadership voice – we have held a series of standalone webinars tailored to the African / Nigerian women addressing topics such as the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on food security in Africa, Information Management & Digital Security, using digital tools to reposition SMEs in, staying relevant in the workplace in a virtual world, our monthly Connect2Grow programs and so on.
