MEET THE MENTORS

Violetta Louwers is an International business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and 15+years of experience in landing incubations and innovation in her own startups, management consulting, and corporate across multiple geographies, leading multi-stakeholder cross-functional, international teams dispersed globally and being responsible for the performance of strategic business units and projects with a track record. Violetta is passionate about social impact, she aims to create a difference through her business ability, expertise, and non-profit involvement as well as through serving the right communities.

Malik is Senior Manager in Amazon’s Design and Construction team. Since graduating from the University of Manchester in 2008, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has spent his whole career designing buildings in the built environment and is passionate about engineering, building design, and sustainability. Malik was born and grow up in Lahore, Pakistan. He immigrated to the UK (to Manchester) in his early teens and has lived there ever since he is now a father to three young boys (7,5,2). He furloughed for 12 months during the pandemic to be a stay-at-home dad and has hybrid worked ever since.
