Founder and Program Chair
Ebere’s passion to see others succeed drove her to create the Rise and Lead Women and Rise and Lead Summit. Her education, combined with her years of success as a business owner, helps her to teach business leaders to create strong visions of growth for themselves and their companies.
She is passionate about leadership development with a strong focus on women leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, digital transformation, and business strategy.

She is an authentic and influential leader, with a focus on modeling a positive and inclusive culture. I strive for collaboration and inclusion in decision forming. She builds high performing teams through sharing common purpose/vision and fostering camaraderie through my genuine and approachable nature. Melisa enjoy coaching and developing others to achieve their goals and potential.
She has led high performing teams delivering financial planning and analysis, business and corporate support services including; strategic and business planning, budget and forecast development and management, business case development, trend and exception analysis, monitoring and reporting, cost modeling, financial compliance, guideline development, risk and assurance, AP and AR, payroll and business information services.

Her experience in working across these areas uniquely positions her to coach professionals and teams in developing higher leadership capacity, and to support business leaders in connecting technically complex ideas and innovations to the business strategy.
Sheila is co-president of PWN Global. A worldwide organisation, overseeing 30 Networks in 25 Countries with a shared purpose to accelerate Gender Balanced Leadership In Business and Society. Sheila is a Client Executive within an International Technology Company where she is responsible for a subset of financial institutes within the Benelux and Nordics. Also, she is the founder of The Cycling Academy, a nationwide institute bringing together science and amateur sport, which is now a recognised centre for thought leadership within the Netherlands athletic community.
