A champion of women’s leadership, Ebere serves as the Founder and President of Rise & Lead Women, advancing women’s careers and leadership so they can accomplish their dreams. 

She consults with global organisations to create and implement innovative programs and events that elevate women.

Passionate about her native cuisine, Ebere is the owner of Ataro Foods, a food brand that packages West African spices and sauces. Her philanthropic work includes BIEL Academy, a non-profit that provides training and mentorship to help minority female entrepreneurs start and scale their companies and achieve their dreams.

An inspiring and compelling speaker, Ebere shares her experience and story on topics like women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, visioning and the courage to rise.
