The Rise to Leadership program is your opportunity to cultivate the mindset you need to climb the leadership ladder. The practical hands-on curriculum is designed to prepare women in mid-career for top leadership roles.

How it works

Practical and Experiential Learning

The program offers three days of immersive learning and knowledge sharing led by senior executives and role models. Participants connect with and learn from experienced faculty of cross-industry leaders and share insights and perspectives with peers through group and one-on-one discussions.

The schedule also includes mentoring circles, panel sessions and closing networking .

Mentors Session with Senior Executives and Role Models

We know that moving up the leadership ladder requires courage and confidence. That’s why our Rise To Leadership Program provides the guidance and support participants need to navigate self-doubts and self-limiting beliefs and to learn how to show up as leaders.

Our curriculum focuses on real-life lessons from business leaders who provide insights into relatable day-to-day leadership issues while successful female executives serve as role models for aspiring leaders.

Whether it’s learning how to establish a business presence, create a career plan, negotiate for a raise, solve daily office challenges, or balance family and work issues, participants leave our meetings with actionable tips and perspectives to practice in their workplace.

The Executive Circle

In the Executive Circle, Rise and Lead alumni join the network to receive further guidance and mentorship from executive faculty members and bi-monthly Connect2Grow and masterclasses for one year for ongoing learning and connections.
Participants share their wins, challenges and progress with a group of peers. Members also enjoy follow-up webinars and in-person Connect2Grow meetings. A one-year membership to our Leaders Network is also included for ongoing professional development.

Rise to Leadership Program alumni connect with peers and C-suite mentors who are ready to share their expertise and answer questions. In addition, alumni enjoy follow-up refresher calls and face-to-face Connect2Grow Mentoring Circle meetings.

What happens after I sign up?

After signing up, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email from ebere@riseandleadwomen.com indicating your login credentials and how you can access your member portal with these credentials.

How does the mentoring session work?

Every 2 months, we will invite an established leader to share some information on a thought-provoking topic. After the group learning, you will meet with a group of 6 other leaders for a facilitated mentoring mastermind discussion. This session will last for one hour.

Where does the program take place?

Everything is online — no travel required. You have 1-year access to the program, so you can go through the materials each week as they’re released, or slow things down and work at your own pace.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, but only if you let us know 2 weeks before the program starts that you decide to not push through with it.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all common credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We are also set up receive bank transfers through invoicing.

How much time do I need to commit for the whole program?

If you plan to work through the live program in real-time, we recommend between 2-4 hours per week to join the live session, watch (and re-watch) the training, complete your assignments and exercises and — if you’d like — engage with your mentors, other participants, and the community.

If you’re not able to dedicate that much time, don’t worry. You get 1-year access to the program and can work at your own pace, on your own schedule.
