I’m so excited because, in a few days, I will be working with a group of ambitious women who are ready to use their gifts, find their voice, and create the career of their dreams in my new program called “Rise To Leadership.”
I based the curriculum, which I carefully curated with the help of an executive leadership development curriculum developer, on the lessons I’ve learned throughout my career. I’ll be discussing how to show up as your powerful self and rise to your desired level of leadership now rather than later.
Topics include “How to discover what makes you unique so you can show up with authenticity and impact the world,” “How to find your leadership voice and use it to create the career of your dream,” and “How to create an achievable plan and make commitments for your growth.”
I will sharing what I’ve learned as a leader, how I have gotten to where I am, and the lessons I have learned from interviewing other women leaders.
Here’s the best part – I’m honoured to be welcoming these leaders every other week to provide flash mentorship and answer all your career questions. I will be introducing these great mentors shortly, so be sure to head over here to meet them when they are announced.
My somewhat unconventional approach to leadership development is proven, practical, and hands-on. Executive leaders with significant experience will mentor you as you learn.
The “Rise To Leadership” program consists of five 90-minute classes and four 60-minute mentorship sessions. Each session takes you a step further in the process – from finding your unique value, to uncovering your leadership voice, to making a strategic plan and implementation.
The first session kicks off on Thursday, Jan. 28, at 5 p.m. CET, and it will last about 90 minutes. After that, we will meet every two weeks to give you time to implement what you have learned in class. All classes take place on Thursdays at the same time.

Why I created this program:
I started organising the mentoring circles in January 2019 in an informal setting, bringing a group of women together every quarter to share thought-provoking ideas that inspire women to own their aspirations, create their paths, and rise to leadership.
Hearing several testimonials from women who have levelled up their careers due to these informal gatherings made me wonder, why not create a program in a well-structured, outcome-driven manner that can help more women elevate their careers? Secondly, I’m committed to bringing more contributions this year, and this is one of the many ways I’m doing so – by sharing my knowledge of what I’ve learned in the course of my career and what I’m still learning. I invite you to join me so that together, we can rise to our highest level in our careers.
